Alsace is to France, as Maine is to the United States. A northeast region of France where the history is deep and the food is heartwarming. Alsace is known for Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Blanc and beer.
Fabrice Roux is a native of France who has been cooking in some of the finest kitchens for over 30 years. Jennifer is a Sommelier. The two are well traveled and passionate about all things food & wine. Together, they have owned and operated three restaurants before opening Alsace.
The Roux's garden in Lincolnville will provide a lot of the fresh produce, while local fishermen will provide the finest seafood for the menu. Maine has some of the best ingredients to work with and you will find them at Alsace.
